Awaken named finalist in the European Contact Centre Awards 2022

Awaken Intelligence is extremely proud to announce we have been nominated as a finalist in the category of Most Effective Application of Technology in Customer Experience (CX) at the 2022 European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards.

In our entry we explained how we helped a leading provider of outsourced contact centre services in the insurance industry to drive significant increases in agility and large reductions in call processing errors by deploying our dynamic agent guidance technology.

Our dynamic agent guidance software allowed the TPA to rapidly onboard new agents, unify the agent experience into one desktop, and improve service standards for over 200 clients.
